Founder /CEOHi everyone, I'm Christina, the founder of CS & Co VA Services! | started this business with a simple but powerful goal: to create a more flexible life that allowed me to do what I love most-helping business owners grow and thrive.
My journey began when I was the Chamber Director in my small town. I loved listening to the dreams and challenges of local business owners and finding ways to support them.
During the summer of 2021, I took a class to enhance my skills as a virtual assistant, setting the stage for what was to come. By the end of July 2021, I took a leap of faith, left my full-time job, and wasn't exactly sure what was next. Then, as if by fate, a friend from high school reached out that very weekend, needing an assistant. I knew in that moment I was on the right path-and I haven't looked back since!
Fast forward to the fall of 2022, my daughter Rylee joined the team while still in high school. She worked with me until she started college, and I'm thrilled to share that she recently rejoined! Working side by side with my daughter has been such a rewarding experience, and it's one of the many reasons I absolutely love what I do.

Team MemberHey there! I'm Rylee Shepherd, and I've been lucky enough to work alongside my amazing mom, Christina Scott, here at CS & Co. VA Services. I wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about myself and why I love being a part of the CS & Co. VA Services!
I work alongside my amazing mom, Christina Scott, who started CS & Co. to help businesses thrive with reliable virtual assistance. Watching her do her thing inspired me to jump in and support her dream (plus, who wouldn't want to work with their mom?!).
I can say it's been such a rewarding experience to help clients stay organized and on track - I love being a small part of her journey to success!
As a college student, I'm all about finding that perfect balance between work, school, and my love for adventure! When I'm not working, you can find me traveling to new places, going on adventures, or snuggling up with my two dogs (they're basically my sidekicks!).
It's been such a joy helping out CS & Co. and seeing the positive impact on clients. I truly enjoy helping our wonderful clients feel supported and organized, so they can focus on what they love.
It's so rewarding to know we're making a difference in their businesses!
